The primary role of Certificate and Diploma program is to prepare students initially for entry level positions and eventually middle management positions in the tourism industry. It grooms students into service-oriented graduates who will make a significant contribution to hospitality industry. The programme is suitable for students who plan to develop a career in hospitality and tourism management, potentially as owners or managers of a medium-sized hospitality company. The Advance Diploma course provides a high level of management understanding, industrial awareness and operational competence, equipping students for a career in hotel management.
