Refunds

At Westminster Academy, we believe in helping out our students to the maximum. In case your student visa application is rejected, we will refund you 100% of the amount that you paid us.
Please do note however that the the banks (ours or yours) may charge you a small amount for the money transfer. Apart from the bank's charge, we guarantee you your money back in case of a visa refusal.

My Visa has been Rejected, what do I do?
We are sorry that your visa application was not successful. But do not worry, we will send you all of your money back. Please send us the following in post:
> Your Registration letter that we sent you
> Original Visa Refusal letter from the Embassy
We will send you your money back within 4 weeks from the receipt of your documents.

Please note that Accommodation charges cannot be refunded.
