Refund Policy

• Westminster Academy will not refund fees to due to failure to start, complete or attend a course.
  
• In cases of visa refusal, students will receive a full refund of course fees less £'a3100. Refunds will be processed within 1-5 weeks.
  
• We must receive the original school documents and a copy of the visa refusal within 14 days of visa refusal. Failure to notify us, will result in a loss of 50% of course fees
  
• Course start dates may be deferred within one month of start date. There will be a £'a325 administration charge for each alteration
  
• Courses are not transferable.
  
• We will NOT REFUND ANY FEES IF YOUR VISA IS DENIED OR CANCELLED due to:
  Providing incorrect information to Westminster Academy or the Immigration Authorities Past and/or present poor attendance
  
• Working without a valid permit
  
• Accommodation fees are NOT refundable.
  
• Accommodation fees will NOT be refunded for failure to start or complete accommodation.
  
• Westminster Academy is acting solely as an agent.
